How do I restore purchases?
Open SnapReceipts, go to Manage Smart Scans, and use Restore Purchases. Apple StoreKit handles purchase restoration.
How do I create an account?
SnapReceipts starts with a temporary account for collaboration. In Settings, use Create Account or Sign In to recover your collaboration account on another device.
Do Smart scans send my receipt image?
No. Smart scans send OCR text and receipt fields to the SnapReceipts server for parsing. Receipt images are not sent to the Smart Parser.
How do I share a shopping list or project?
Create an invite link from the share controls in the app. People with the invite can join according to the permissions you choose.
How do I request data deletion?
Email support with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the account email used in SnapReceipts. We may ask for confirmation before deleting account-linked server data.
Why do I see ads?
Ads help keep basic receipt scanning free. Subscriptions and eligible ad-free periods hide ads when active.
